We have two spa locations in Lebanon – one in Beirut and one in Dbayeh. Both spas are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays). Feel welcome to visit whichever location is more convenient for you for a spa in Lebanon experience that fits your schedule.

Booking a session is easy and flexible. You can call us directly to schedule your massage, send us an email, or fill out the online form on our appointment page to reserve your spot. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist. (Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits, but an advance booking guarantees your massage appointment.)

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability – especially during peak hours or if you’re planning a couples’ massage. While we do accept walk-in clients when we have openings, scheduling your session ahead of time ensures you get your ideal time slot and treatment without waiting. This is particularly important for our popular treatments and weekends

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer that time to another guest seeking a massage appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) may incur a fee, as per our policy, because we reserve that time especially for you.

Yes – we specialize in couples massage services. Both our Beirut and Dbayeh spas have dedicated private suites for couples. If you’d like to enjoy a side-by-side massage with a partner, just inform us when booking so we can reserve the couples suite for you. It’s a wonderful way to unwind together. (Couples sessions are popular, so try to book a bit in advance to secure your preferred time.)

We suggest arriving about 15–20 minutes early. This gives you time to check in calmly, change into your robe, and begin relaxing before your treatment starts. An early arrival ensures you won’t feel rushed – you can sip on a welcome tea, fill out any brief consultation forms, and generally ease into your luxury wellness services experience. Starting your visit a bit early helps set a tranquil tone for the rest of your spa day.

Come in whatever is comfortable – casual attire is perfectly fine. Upon arrival, we’ll provide you with a plush robe and slippers for your visit, so you can change out of your street clothes and fully relax. During your treatment, our therapists practice professional draping techniques (covering you with towels or sheets), ensuring your privacy at all times. You can undress to your comfort level underneath the robe (most guests disrobe fully or to their underwear for massages, but it’s up to you). Rest assured, we’ve got all the towels, linens, and amenities you’ll need, so you won’t have to bring a thing.

Yes, parking is available at both of our locations for your convenience. Our Beirut spa has nearby parking options, and our Dbayeh spa also offers easy parking in the vicinity. We want your arrival to be as stress-free as your spa treatment, so you won’t need to worry about finding a spot. If you need directions or tips on where to park, feel free to call ahead – our staff will be happy to assist.

Our facilities include secure changing rooms (with lockers for your belongings), and some services or packages grant access to amenities like a steam room or jacuzzi (available at select locations or in private suites).
